As a Shipping & Receiving Lead at our Monument, CO facility, you will support daily warehouse and logistics operations by leading a team of shipping and receiving clerks. You will ensure accurate material movement, support process compliance, and provide training and guidance to maintain efficient and high-quality operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or materials operations required.
  • Experience with ERP systems and warehouse transactions.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and Windows-based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Ability to identify issues, collect data, and support resolution efforts.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Effective communication skills with team members, leadership, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and support multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a lead or senior role preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily activities of shipping and receiving clerks, ensuring accurate execution of material transactions.
  • Provide floor support and guidance, including limited training for warehouse team members.
  • Train, instruct, and certify employees on work instructions, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform and support functions across receiving, unpacking, material handling, and supply management.
  • Execute manual and system-based transactions to record movement and transfer of materials.
  • Partner with area supervisor to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
  • Complete inventory and materials reports as required.
  • Create and receive Coupa purchase orders for vending machine resupply and other needs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
