About The Position
American Surplus is looking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Associate. This role requires a forklift operator for the shipping/receiving dock to properly load and unload steel product, load box trucks and flat beds, and inventory incoming product onto spreadsheets and computer systems. The associate will also be responsible for storing and moving products throughout the warehouse, packaging product properly, and maintaining safety protocols. Heavy lifting is involved.
Requirements
- Forklift operator experience.
- Ability to use a measuring tape.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
