About The Position

Plans, organizes, and executes production schedules for assigned product lines to achieve maximum customer satisfaction levels and “on-time” shipments.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2 to 4 years of progressive manufacturing experience
Able to maintain certification for using a stand-up forklift.
Knowledge and basic understanding of the use and purpose of Bill of Materials and routings
Mathematical and analytical skills
Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Organizational and planning skills
Computer skills — proficiency using standard business software, and intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
Knowledge, basic understanding, and proficiency using the Plex system
Written and verbal communications skills
Interpersonal skills — to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority, and maintaining composure in confrontational, sensitive, and pressure situations

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline is preferred
Experience with computerized material requirements planning is preferred
Access and Crystal Reports skills are preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinates and participates in cycle counts and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigates inventory loss of inventory in warehouse locations.
Completes interplant transfers as assigned.
Performs other duties as assigned.
