About The Position
Join Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator. Central Fill Pharmacy uses automation to process and dispense prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region. Although the role is not patient-facing, it supports retail pharmacies so they can spend more time providing clinical services and education to their communities. This role receives, organizes, and ships pharmacy products; processes inventory using handheld scanners and computer systems; and packs and labels prescriptions for shipment. The position requires a four-day workweek of four 10-hour shifts, with Sunday availability required. The second-shift schedule is 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with availability required between 3:00 PM and 3:00 AM. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour second-shift differential.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable using scanners and basic computer applications.
- Able to stand, lift, and work 10-hour shifts.
- Sunday availability is required; candidates without Sunday availability will not be considered.
- Availability for the second-shift schedule, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, with availability required between 3:00 PM and 3:00 AM.
