Our Parts team plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving Clerk to join our parts team. Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable and punctual, with a positive attitude.
  • Able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Promptly unload trucks and deliveries, sort and stock receivables.
  • Match packing slips and purchase orders to ensure correct documentation.
  • Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Label and organize received materials in designated storage areas.
  • Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the Parts and Inventory Manager.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment safely (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Collaborate with parts, service, and logistics teams to support smooth daily operations
