About The Position

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing team. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will perform all duties related to the receipt, processing, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods, including receiving and recording inventory, preparing shipments, transporting packages, and ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft office with an emphasis on Microsoft excel
Experience with shipping applications (UPS) (FED EX)
Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
Ability to lift and pack boxes (up to 50 LBS)
Punctual and Reliable
Quick learner
Good organizational and time management skills
Have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to traverse distribution and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
Ability to lift and pack boxes (up to 50 LBS)
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the shipping department and on the loading dock.
This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status).
