About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their Parts Team at Bend Audi, BMW, and Porsche Bend. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients in the community. This is an entry-level position with no prior parts experience required, though experience in an independent shop or large dealer is preferred. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with vehicle movement between dealerships.
Requirements
- A valid driver license and good driving record is required.

Responsibilities
- Receiving and storing arriving shipments
- Stocking in all items
- Ensuring inventory is accurate
- Delivering parts to appropriate parties
- Driving parts truck to in-town locations
- Assisting with moving service vehicles between dealer locations
- Preparing parts and materials for shipment
- Maintaining shipping records
