About The Position

This position is part of the Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Team and will perform all related tasks in the warehouse. This position is moderately complex, although it is an entry-level position. The exchange of information from area to area is vital to the success of internal customers, as well as external customers.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one year of experience in shipping/receiving.
Must be able to understand and speak English fluently.
Must have basic mathematics skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
The ability to learn and use a computer system is required.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs unassisted.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a forklift preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling, receiving, packaging, storing and shipping of quality graphite products to our customers.
Maintain the high level of quality standards set by Toyo Tanso USA, Inc.
Handle graphite products in accordance with the approved standard operating procedures.
Visually inspect all graphite to ensure the highest quality.
Package products according to standard operating procedures and customer specifications.
Fill out all labels, shipping documents and records accurately.
Properly stock and prepare for shipment, packaged product in accordance with the SOP’s and customer specifications.
Inspect, verify and receive incoming products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Follow all safety guidelines established by the company.
