About The Position

Pape’ Kenworth is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their Parts team. This role is responsible for efficiently shipping parts to customers and receiving incoming parts shipments at the branch. The day-to-day tasks can vary, including using a forklift to organize the warehouse, processing orders, assisting with inventory control by counting stock and correcting inventory levels, and helping the front counter with customer orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast pace and team-oriented environment
Ability to receive and send out multiple shipments a day
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors by telephone and in person, in an effort to sell company parts and other services
Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and various search engines
Ability to operate a forklift (Training is available)
