About The Position

This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, pulling parts and equipment for shop jobs/orders, and preparing outgoing shipments to customers. The position regularly uses forklifts, RF scanners, and ERP software to track inventory, process shipments, and maintain warehouse organization within an industrial pump and equipment environment. Requirements

Forklift experience required
Ability to stay organized and work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse/shop environment
Comfortable lifting and moving industrial parts and equipment
Strong attention to detail with shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy
Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, truck drivers, and customers
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
Experience using ERP systems, RF scanners, or warehouse inventory software preferred

Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and ERP software
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
Organize inventory, parts, and work-in-progress materials throughout the warehouse
Pull parts and equipment for shop jobs and customer orders
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
Package, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments
Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation
Assist customers and delivery drivers with pickups and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
Coordinate internally with shop, service, and operations teams as needed.
