About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all products are handled safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Previous warehouse or shipping experience required
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and deliveries
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips
Prepare and package outgoing shipments for delivery
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
Maintain accurate inventory records and update computer systems
Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
Coordinate with carriers and delivery services
Perform quality control checks on products
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
