Requirements

Ability to work in a safety conscious industrial environment including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Ability to use Elcometer to collect mil readings
Ability to work in various types of weather conditions which include extreme heat and cold
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
Driven individual with honesty & integrity
Knowledge of end-to-end accounts payable processes and best practices
Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to use MS Excel & MS Outlook

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP preferred

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, answer plant phone line, and represent the first impression of CMC
Performing basic office duties like answering the telephone, directing calls, emails and fax.
Assist in performing inventory on material
Print tags on jobs for daily production
Ensure bundle count and bundle tagging accuracy
Verify incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, etc.
Tagging and flagging materials outside
Preparing orders for shipment, complete all paperwork, and ensure accuracy of the order to ship
