About The Position

Reporting to the Grocery Manager, this role involves demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values, working cooperatively with team members, and assisting with the grocery department. The position requires working a 4 a.m. shift, unloading freight trucks, checking pallet tags, and handling freight typically from Tuesday to Saturday. Responsibilities include maintaining product inventory rotation, facing shelves, merchandising, building displays, keeping areas clean and organized, and handling grocery products according to company standards and food safety protocols. General housekeeping duties are also part of the role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
- Working co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”
- Able to work 4a.m. shift, unloading freight truck delivery, check off pallet tags and working the freight usually from Tuesday – Saturday
- Assist with grocery department, including maintaining product inventory rotation, facing shelves, merchandising, building in-store displays
- Keeping shelves and sales areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handling and preparing grocery products in accordance with company quality standards and food safety protocols
- General housekeeping duties
