We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team at Fraserway RV’s Head Office in Abbotsford, BC for the summer season (June - August)! As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling inbound and outbound shipments, keeping the warehouse organized, and supporting the team in other essential tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred (training provided)
Basic knowledge of rv/automotive parts is an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
This is a physically demanding job and the ability to be on your feet for most part of the shift
Able to lift up to 50 LBS

Responsibilities

Process shipping and receiving of parts and accessories
Monitor and report inventory levels to the Wholesale Manager
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
Coordinate with staff and departments regarding incoming packages
Store, organize, and prepare packages for delivery or pick-up
Create and manage waybills for shipments
Communicate effectively with transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries
Package parcels for safe transportation
Provide customer service support, including counter sales
Stock and organize shelves to maintain product availability
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Wholesale Manager
