About The Position

RideNow Powersports - Tucson Harley-Davidson is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, friendly individual to join our Parts Team. This is an opportunity to work with awesome motorcycles and cool people with endless opportunities for growth. The ideal Shipping and Receiving candidate will have knowledge of powersports or automotive parts, logistics, managing inventory, and excel in customer service roles.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Superior Customer service skills
Strong data entry skills
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High sense of urgency
Ability to complete tasks accurately in an organized fashion with little direction
Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with EVO preferred.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields preferred

Responsibilities

Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations
Update inventory control system and parts catalog
Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.)
Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carrier's shipping instructions (i.e., route, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc)
Provide excellent customer service to all of the dealership’s customers
Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
