About The Position

Hancock’s of Paducah is a growing, family-owned quilting & home decor fabric ecommerce retailer based in Paducah, Ky. Our company is an extension of our family, and we take pride in the great care we offer both customers and employees alike. This role involves working on our fulfillment floor and in our shipping department within our warehouses.

Responsibilities

Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage or shortages.
Stage and organize inbound freight to keep the dock and warehouse floor clear and safe.
Pack and prepare outgoing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
Use common transportation management system (TMS) software for shipping.
Print and apply shipping labels and coordinate pickups with carriers.
