Shipping/Receiving Associate
About The Position
At our Fleetwood facility, ChromaScape manufactures milling equipment along with specialty coatings and color solutions that customers rely on every day. Every shipment received, every inventory count completed, and every order shipped accurately helps keep production running and ensures our customers receive the products they need, when they need them. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, your work helps make that happen. Whether you're building on previous warehouse experience or looking to grow your skills, we'll provide the training and support you need to be successful.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to become forklift certified required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable and committed to working safely
- Comfortable using computers for inventory and shipping documentation
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful
- Forklift certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
- Pick, stage, pack, and ship customer orders
- Complete inventory transactions, shipping documentation, and cycle counts
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with production and your teammates to keep materials moving efficiently
