Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. or related experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehousing
• Experience working with shipping and receiving policies.
• Experience working with domestic and international shipping/freight regulations and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move shipments and equipment Approximate 50 Lbs.
• Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack or other mechanized material handling equipment.
• Experience working with the company's hardware, software, and equipment products.
• Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Time management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to resolve complex hardware/software and equipment problems.
• Ability to manage inventory tracking through software based systems.
• Ability to provide guidance to field engineers.

• General knowledge of laptop hardware and software including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, Adobe Reader, and Ticketing tool Service Now or Jira

Responsibilities

• Perform all order fulfillment and warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing and inventory of materials to ensure that company warehousing needs are met.
• Receive material and verify count against documents to ensure that all materials are received according to agree upon quantities.
• Process requests for items, pulls and assembles kits for shipping, prepares and packs items for shipment to ensure that all items are addressed and shipped to appropriate locations.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments and ensures that all items are cataloged and then placed in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
• Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
• Contact business unit personnel, courier services, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up of all shipments.
• Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
