Requirements

Experience in a food or chemical production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
Comfortable working with computers, RF scanners, and inventory systems
GCSE (A–C) or equivalent education level
Forklift Truck License (required)
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Strong sense of accountability and teamwork

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Prior shipping, warehouse, or materials handling experience
Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Pick, weigh, and stage materials accurately to support production and shipping needs
Load trailers and pack orders in line with safety and quality requirements
Locate, pick, and move stock while maintaining stock accuracy
Take product samples as required by quality or operational procedures
Perform RF scanner and SAP transactions accurately and in real time
Follow GMP, AIB, and ISO standards at all times
Maintain a safe, productive, and accountable work environment
Report to the shift leader or supervisor and support daily operational goals
Learn new skills to stay current in a changing production environment
