The Shipping Manager ensures the production of company products at the highest quality and at the lowest possible cost, meeting company policies and procedures. The Shipping Manager will act in a manner that is consistent with Gordon Aluminum’s Customer 1st Philosophy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. The general purpose of the Shipping Manager is, under the direction of the Operations Manager, to coordinate and manage the workload for the shipping department and is responsible to ensure the department handles and packages products in a safe and efficient manner.
