This role will supervise and coordinate the accurate and efficient processing of outbound parcel packages and shipments, ensure timely packing, processing, and shipping of products. Hours: Sunday 6am - 2:30pm and Monday - Thursday 10am - 6:30pm.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ management experience in supply chain distribution
  • Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
  • Great communication skills
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
  • Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it
  • General digital literacy for basic data entry

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift Operator experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and direction to team members in proper procedures
  • Coordinate prompt flow of product from selector staging locations/conveyors to process completion.
  • Promote safe work practices and resolve all safety concerns as identified
  • Coordinate work processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of service
  • Coordinate communication and feedback to associates on task and performance standards
  • Conduct counseling, coaching, and performance appraisal as indicated
