About The Position

The Loader is responsible for taking ownership of collecting, organizing, and manually loading windows from finished goods into trailers in order of stops list on shipping pack list. The Loader is responsible for making sure all units are secured in such a way as to prevent damage to product and promote safe unloading for outsourced carriers and customers. This role does not use forklifts in the shipping department.

Requirements

Ability to read production labels, production paperwork, and match batch and/or order numbers accurately.
Ability to work as a team/ assist as needed with working cross functionally.
Knowledge of basic shipping disciplines.
Adherence to safety guidelines while loading and working on the docks.
Must be able to lift/move 50-100lbs on regular basis.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Previous experience/knowledge of shipping software.
