About The Position

Case Farms is seeking a Shipping Loader to join their team in Canton, OH. This role is responsible for accurately picking and loading orders onto trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced setting, possess strong communication skills, and be willing to obtain necessary certifications.

Requirements

Ability to read and write English
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, especially as to where orders are placed
Must be willing to get Case Farms PIT Operator Certification

Responsibilities

Picks correct product for current orders.
Remains aware of incoming trucks.
Effectively uses inventory scan guns.
Loads trucks with orders, checking type of product, number of cases, etc.
Keeps coolers organized.
Stores product correctly, per department standards.
Ensures proper rotation is being followed.
Obtains and maintains PIT license.
Complete required safety forms.
Ensure trucks are properly chalked.
Follows standard work methods and established safety procedures.
Follows all GMPs.
Performs work as assigned by Shipping Supervisor or Lead.
Displays work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Maintains a clean, uncluttered, safe work area.
Maintains positive attitude and interpersonal interactions.
Maintains consistent, regular attendance.
Is prompt and punctual.
Is efficient with time.
Displays appropriate, professional, courteous work behavior.
Checks both bulletin boards and break room monitors frequently (minimum 3 times weekly) for news and updates.
Remains available to work in all areas of production.
Attends all scheduled Company and departmental meetings.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
