About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising the warehouse receiving support team, its general organization and operations, product shipping and receiving, etc. The job’s essential functions include but are not limited to the following.

Requirements

Good driving record
Forklift experience
Be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize and organize workflow on a daily basis to accomplish required tasks.
Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service Oriented.
Ability to work extended periods, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

Receive material from suppliers and deliver to the proper location.
Load and unload trucks using a fork truck.
Interface with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
May assist with inventory control.
Delivery/Pick up of products including, but not limited to loading/unloading truck, documenting paperwork, and completing pre-trip inspections.
Duties may also back up to ship and receiving department personnel including pulling orders and receiving and putting away products.
Also includes working outdoors in the elements/weather.
