We are currently hiring Full-Time Seasonal Shipping Leads for our Lanham, MD location. This role is essential to helping us fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately-especially during the busy back-to-school season. The Shipping Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily shipping schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and meet our quality standards. This individual will communicate regularly with store management and is expected to lead by example while maintaining a positive and proactive approach.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Previous experience in a high-volume shipping or warehouse environment is a plus
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• A flexible and positive attitude
• Willingness to work Saturdays and overtime during peak season (July–September) preferred
