About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and monitoring all inbound shipments of finished goods. The Shipping Lead will assist in resolving any discrepancies or product integrity issues, correct inventory discrepancies, and ensure all employees adhere to departmental safety rules. Additionally, this position involves conducting mid-year and annual employee reviews, managing product construction on pallets within orders, and pulling customer orders by carrier while allocating inventory.

Requirements

• Required High School or GED
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing or related field

• Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Formal training and leadership experience
