About The Position

The responsibilities of a Shipping Inventory Team member are to perform daily physical cooler inventory counts and input data to computer for sales department’s disposition. This role requires the ability to support the organization's vision, mission, and values, and involves working weekends when needed. The team member will ensure coolers are organized by product code, monitor lots and areas throughout daily production, and maintain daily logs and other necessary paperwork. All other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Good math and writing skills.
• Ability to obtain a license to operate a pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 60lbs.
• Ability to use a computer for inventory input.
• Excellent safety record.
• Ability to work weekends when needed.
• Ability to communicate with Team members of all levels.
• Ability to enter all areas of the plant and offices.
• Ability to climb and crawl in confined spaces.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employees as well as outside vendors and government agencies.
• Ability to lift 60lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner that is consistent with the essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma desired.
• Shipping Experience preferred.
