About The Position

Creative Tech, a fast growing IT-consulting firm, is looking for a Shipping & Inventory Clerk to support the day-to-day movement and tracking of IT equipment through our organization. This is an office-based role focused on receiving incoming equipment, documenting and routing devices to the appropriate internal departments, maintaining equipment records, and preparing outbound shipments to clients throughout the U.S.

• Comfortable working with computer systems
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working with shipping software

Nice To Haves

• Shipping and receiving experience in an office, service, or business environment (1 year)
• Experience using shipping software such as UPS WorldShip or FedEx Ship Manager
• Experience maintaining inventory or equipment records

Responsibilities

• Document incoming packages using our ticketing system
• Process incoming packages and distribute them to the appropriate departments
• Prepare IT equipment for shipping safely and securely
• Collaborate with designated shipping vendors for shipments and claims
• Provide support to other departments as needed
