Job Summary Primary responsibilities: Providing graphite components to Carbon Cell, receiving new material and shipping finished goods to 1M2.
Requirements
- Experience reading procedures and/or machining work orders.
- Experience using standard quality inspection tools and gages.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires 1-2 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning ability in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Team player able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without confusion.
- Hard worker, intensely driven, determined, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated.
Responsibilities
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Kits all graphite needs for the daily production
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Promptly unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
- Reported failures, malfunctions or wear issues on equipment to supervisor.
- Inspected finished products to verify conformity to quality standards.
- Communicate any problems that might arise during the process.
- Support the team in other areas.
- Follow established work instructions.
- Working independently but being a team player with minimum supervision.
- Availability for overtime is obligatory when required.
- High priority on having safe and clean workspaces.
