Primary Responsibilities Oversee the shipment of tools, equipment, and materials to upstream field locations (onshore and offshore). Execute and track urgent shipments to support drilling schedules and wellsite operations. Ensure adherence to special instructions related to destination, environmental conditions, and rig requirements. Prepare accurate shipping and export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and MSDS. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations (ITAR, EAR), IATA, IMDG, and DOT hazardous material shipping standards. Process outbound shipments using JD Edwards ERP and other logistics management systems. Maintain proactive communication with global sales teams, operations coordinators, and rig logistics personnel. Manage backlog and shipping priorities to meet tight project deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant shipping area per QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental) standards. Respond to field and internal stakeholder requests in real-time via phone and email. Support additional logistics or warehouse tasks as required by the supervisor. Education & Experience Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; logistics or business coursework preferred. 2–3 years of experience in oilfield logistics or upstream supply chain preferred. 1–2 years in a shipping, dispatch, or logistics coordination role, preferably supporting rig operations preferred.
