Responsibilities
- Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
- Creating BOLs
- Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
- Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities
- Checking truck drivers IDs
- Sealing trailers
- Creating switcher/shuttle moves
- Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda
- Completing yard/refer checks
- Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
- Customer Service
- Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
- Any other clerical work that needs to be done
