Position Summary The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, timely execution of outbound shipments for customer parts orders as well as any parts returns to suppliers. This role ensures shipments are packaged, labeled, documented, and released in accordance with customer requirements, shipping regulations, and internal procedures. The Shipping Coordinator works closely with Parts Coordinators, Quality team members, and Purchasing to ensure completed orders are shipped on time and supports Plasma-Therm’s installed base by enabling reliable delivery of spare parts during routine and urgent service events.
