Requirements

Self-starter spirit who takes initiative
Organized & detail-oriented
Ability to lift heavy loads (50 lbs)
Familiarity working with Microsoft products
Team player attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Background in logistics is a plus!

Responsibilities

Place product orders with various manufacturers for a vast product and accessory portfolio
Organize and manage inventory stock
Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (labor-intensive)
Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location
Be the product expert on our team; available to answer all product-related questions
Communicate with the team to ensure a smooth experience for our customers
Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages
Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including filing them physically and electronically
