About The Position

Classic Wood Specialties NW, LLC is a trusted woodworking and manufacturing operation focused on producing high-quality products with precision and care. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to help ensure customer orders are accurately processed, packaged, documented, and shipped on time. As part of our team, you'll contribute to a culture focused on craftsmanship, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, inventory, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read shipping documents and verify order information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and coordinating shipment schedules.
• Pulling and staging inventory for shipment.
• Inspecting products for quality and order accuracy.
• Preparing packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other shipping documentation.
• Ensuring outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and documented.
• Maintaining accurate shipping records.
• Communicating effectively with customers, carriers, production teams, and coworkers.
• Supporting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, organization, and shipping accuracy.
