Requirements

Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to take direction and complete tasks with minimum supervision
Driven individual with honesty and integrity
Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced multi-discipline environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Ability to work in a safety conscious industrial environment including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Ability to work in various types of weather conditions which include extreme heat and cold
Ensure stock materials are received from loader and inspected for uniformity and attachment of inventory tags, SAP tags, and partial tags on open bundles
Verify incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, etc.
Print tags on jobs for daily production
Ensure bundle count and bundle tagging accuracy
Tagging and flagging materials outside
Preparing orders for shipment, complete all paperwork, and ensure accuracy of the order to ship
Operate a forklift to move material and supplies as required
