About The Position

The 1st Shift Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing products for shipment from the warehouse. This role involves matching physical products with associated documentation, researching and resolving any discrepancies, and preparing routine activity reports. The clerk will also respond to internal and external requests for information and perform additional duties as assigned by the Shipping Manager and/or Facility Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products to be received or shipped from Warehouse.
• Match actual product to associated documentation.
• Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation.
• Prepare routine activity reports.
• Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding receiving/shipping data or issues.
• Perform additional related duties in the department as assigned by Shipping Manager and/or Facility Manager.
