About The Position

This is a hands-on role where accuracy, organization, and teamwork come together. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for processing and preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. This role works closely with multiple departments, handles shipping systems and documentation, and helps maintain an organized, efficient shipping environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Comfortable using equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided)
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality

Responsibilities

  • Processes shipments using ERP and carrier systems, including creating labels and tracking deliveries.
  • Prepares and packages orders, ensuring all items, accessories, and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Supports rush and priority shipments across multiple departments.
  • Monitors finished goods to ensure quality and completeness before shipping.
  • Assists with incoming deliveries and maintains accurate shipping records.
  • Prepares documentation for domestic and international shipments.
  • Maintains inventory of shipping supplies and performs regular inventory checks.
  • Keeps the shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized.
  • Provides high-quality service to both internal teams and external partners.
