Requirements

2+ years of experience in a shipping or warehouse office environment
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including regular walking and standing while coordinating between the office and warehouse floor

Responsibilities

Preparing paperwork for next day's outbound shipments
Processing receiving paperwork for inbound deliveries
Retrieving and maintaining material test reports
Scheduling local truck loads and preparing shipping manifests
Performing warehouse inventory cycle counts
Maintaining organized office files and shipping records
Working closely with warehouse personnel and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
