About The Position

Heidtman Tubular Products is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for their 2nd shift Shipping Clerk position. This role is responsible for managing loading activities, scheduling truck appointments, and ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of materials. The position also involves maintaining inventory accuracy and required documentation through both manual and computer systems.

Requirements

• Computer-literate to maintain associated production documents
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of lading, pick tickets, and shipping documents
• Receive and log inbound materials
• Verify accuracy of inventory and paperwork
• Ensure all outbound materials are properly labeled and shipped
• Operate forklift and overhead crane to move and load materials
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Transfer materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
