Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
Will require an active Forklift License via Company.

Responsibilities

Completes and distributes paperwork and forms, including entering and filing shippers, running shipper logs, creating pick sheets, creating master bills of lading, printing and distributing daily JIT, checking edit lists to match pick sheets, and setting up SOS’s (ship order slips).
Maintains files and answers phones, with the ability to communicate with customers and suppliers.
Verifies ASN (advance shipper notice) transmission.
Verifies incoming raw materials, performs cycle counts of raw materials, and makes necessary adjustments. Scans orders into the system.
Loads, unloads, stages, and transports materials, customer freight, empty containers, and OSP freight.
Weighs and tags incoming/outgoing materials and records required information.
Completes daily safety and operational checks.
Assumes other duties as directed by supervisor.
