Requirements

2+ years in a shipping and receiving environment
Must be comfortable on a computer and possess basic computer literacy
Experience with standard shipping carriers and administrative processes, including FedEx, UPS, scheduling shipments, and generating Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping portals
High school diploma or GED
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

they will be trained on internal proprietary software like the Wish portal

Responsibilities

Managing administrative shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and portal operations.
Staging, preparing, and palletizing products for timely shipment.
Serving as the point of contact for tracking requests, order updates, and customer service inquiries.
Reviewing priority reports to sequence daily workloads and meet scheduled deadlines.
Supporting monthly inventory checks and tracking accuracy.
Cross-training and assisting on the production floor during low-volume periods.
Maintaining clear, effective communication across teams and leadership.
