SHIPPING CLERK OVERNIGHT
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our Shipping Office team at Southern Specialties Inc. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate shipment of products to our customers. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing temperature set shipments and prepare items for shipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in an office/clerical administrative environment.
- Must be able to work with computers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (Must have the ability to communicate in Spanish).
- Experience with shipping software.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare orders for shipment.
- Ensure accuracy of all shipping documents.
- Communicate with warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders.
