About The Position
Shipping clerk for Clean Rice Shipping department. Full time Sunday through Wednesday.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Works in ERP.
- Creates pack orders for all clean rice trucks and railcars.
- Prints load reports for all clean rice trucks and railcars.
- Issues seals for trucks and railcars.
- Schedules appointments for trucks.
- Weigh trucks in and out for bulk and bagged rice.
- Pulls Bill of Ladings for trucks and railcars.
- Scans paperwork into Laser Vault
- Cleans according to Cleaning Schedules.
- Fills in for other Shipping Clerks when necessary.
- Prepares packing slips.
- Any other duties assigned by manager.
