About The Position
Eagle Eye Produce is a premiere grower shipper with more than 30,000 acres under cultivation, growing in multiple states in the United States and several locations in Mexico. Their focus is to provide customers with a year-round supply of products including various potato varieties (including organics), onions, watermelon, and Nogales Vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers). They own and operate state-of-the-art production facilities across the United States and have sales offices from New York to California, with a dedicated team of experienced staff focused on meeting customer needs. Requirements
- In-depth understanding of company standards (training will be provided).

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
- Ability to stand, sit, reach, and bend for the duration of an 8-12-hour shift.
- Ability to speak to and hear other employees via phone or in person.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse activities is a plus.
- Experience with spreadsheet and database software like Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare outgoing shipments.
- Organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in.
- Review incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations.
- Obtain and process product orders.
- Clean and catalog items on a regular basis.
- Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
- Verify and record all items loaded for shipments.
- Perform other clerical duties.
