About The Position

We are searching for one attention to detail focused Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Vertical Dimensions team at Vantage Elevation. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering quality, safety, and reliability across our operations. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using computer.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes and packages up to 50 LBS.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to measure within 1/16”

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Verify the accuracy of shipment contents against shipping documents.
• Record and track shipment details in a computer database or manual log.
• Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
• Select and arrange carriers and transportation modes based on shipment characteristics and destination.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Identify and report any shipment discrepancies, damages, or other issues.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards.
• Fill in for additional general warehouse duties & activities.
• Forklift loading & offloading.

• Salary for Washington Based Applicants: $22.00 per hour (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and in keeping with local legislation).
