Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent.

• Experience within Shipping would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate documentation for all customer requirements.
• Confirms the correct product and quantity are loaded for outgoing shipments.
• Reviews packing notes for incoming loads.
• Checks packaging for damage or debris for incoming loads.
• Conducts mandatory product temperature checks for incoming loads.
• Inspects containers for outgoing shipments.
• Verifies product lots against master sheets for outgoing shipments.
• Cross-references box codes with sales orders for outgoing shipments.
