About The Position

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd., a regional supply chain logistics management firm with global customers and international responsibilities, is seeking a Shipping Associate for the C Shift. The Shipping Associate role involves accepting, identifying, verifying, and securing incoming materials, as well as distributing goods to their proper destinations. This position requires receiving all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures, working in a high-volume dock environment, and the flexibility to float to other locations. Significant computer work, particularly with SAP and MS Outlook, is essential.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite of resources including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Advanced SAP skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Comfortable with large amounts of computer work, especially using SAP and MS Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
  • Forklift experience is not needed.

Responsibilities

  • Accept, identify, verify, and secure incoming materials.
  • Distribute goods to their proper destinations.
  • Receive all PO shipments into SAP according to procedures.
  • Perform at a high-volume dock and float to other locations as needed.
  • Separate silicon wafers in a cleanroom environment.
  • Assemble packages with appropriate shipping materials.
  • Palletize outgoing shipments.
  • Process shipments utilizing the FIFO method unless otherwise directed.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documents for domestic and international shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Perform accurate shipping transactions in SAP.
