We work closely with physicians to solve problems for hard to source and hard to compound pharmaceuticals. Tailor Made Compounding is seeking Shipping Associate responsible for shipping all packages and products to our customers. The Shipping Associate will not only monitor each shipment for accuracy but will also perform inventory control and ensure that each package has the proper postage. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.

Requirements

High School diploma
Excellent verbal communication
Strong attention to detail

Minimum of 1 year shipping/receiving experience preferred
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving with sound judgement
Highly versatile and resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands

Responsibilities

Functions may include, but are not limited to; sorting, labeling, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescription medications
Receive, count and record shipment data into patient pharmacy software; verify packing list information to actual packed medications
Identify incorrect/short-shipped items and immediately notify supervisor
Must be able to complete and pass a background screening and drug test
