Shipping Associate 1st Shift
About The Position
This is a Part-Time position. Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Shipping Associate for the 1st Shift. The role involves accurately loading and unloading trailers, verifying route loads and trailer reports, and maintaining the shipping yard. Responsibilities include counting and checking products for accuracy and quality, maintaining accurate records, reporting overages and shortages, and participating in cycle counts. The associate will also operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and troubleshoot issues with packing equipment, label machines, tapers, and palletizers. Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older.
- 1-3 Years of shipping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
- Comfortable in a warm working environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.
Responsibilities
- Accurately load and unload trailers.
