About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Shipping Associate I in Chanhassen, MN. The role involves building pallets for shipping, processing orders, and utilizing technology for various job functions including clocking in, inventory management, job completion, and using ShipHawk. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading trucks, assisting with employee training, and adhering to the attendance policy. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well with others
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining inventory levels and stock management
- Problem-solving skills for resolving shipping discrepancies and customer issues
- Applicants must pass a pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check as a prerequisite of employment.
Responsibilities
- Build pallets for shipping and processing orders
- Utilize technology for processing jobs and communication (Clocking, Inventory, Job Completion, ShipHawk)
- Load and unload all forms of trucking/shipping
- Assist in training employees in the work center with current knowledge base
- Mandatory overtime when business conditions require it
- Adherence to the attendance policy
- All other duties as required
